We’re in search of an enthusiastic and dynamic Customer Success Analyst to join our NJ office. As a vital member of our team, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional front line support to our valued clients. Your keen attention to detail and efficiency will ensure that support requests are promptly assessed, categorized, prioritized, and routed to maintain Speakcore’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluation, Categorization, Routing, Handling, and Monitoring: Assess, categorize, route, handle, and monitor support tickets effectively.
  • Proactive Alerting and Escalation: Proactively alert appropriate teams to upcoming SLAs, identify and escalate critical issues for prompt resolution.
  • Reporting and Collaboration: Generate reports, collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely and accurate reporting.
  • Communication and Documentation: Maintain clear communication, update records, author Knowledge base Articles, and manage Scribes.
  • Process Improvement and Knowledge Development: Provide feedback for process improvement, continuously deepen knowledge of speaker bureau system.
  • Learn the Speakcore system: Become an expert in the functionality of the Speakcore platform to solve tickets and service customers’ questions.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Experience with customer support software platforms like Zendesk.
  • Effective Communication: Communicates verbally and in writing, actively listens, provides timely feedback, and uses appropriate channels for clear conveyance of information.
  • Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, values diverse perspectives, prioritizes critical tasks, and takes proactive measures to address recurring issues.

Software Implementation Specialist

We have an extremely talented team focused on developing and maintaining a high-quality platform that is easy to use, and results in excellent customer satisfaction. Speakcore is growing and we are excited to add a Software Implementation Specialist to our team! CMW has delivered graphic design and print solutions to the standards of life science companies and their agencies for over 30 years.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Software Implementation Specialist for a hybrid role in our NJ office that will collaborate with our business analyst and development team for implementations of our software solution—Speakcore (www.speakcore.com), used by our life science company clients and their logistical agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a subject matter expert in the Speakcore platform, understanding the capabilities of the software, and how to implement and configure business requirements from our Business Analyst using the UI (e.g., workflows, triggers and appropriate conditions, security permissions for fields and lookup values, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst and refine requirements, and assist with the client onboarding process
  • Work with product team in monthly sprints to understand and document how new features are configured so that they can be leveraged by new and existing customers that might want the features enabled
  • Assist with configurations for ongoing change requests clients need post-launch once in hyper care and maintenance phases
  • Create notification emails and the appropriate triggers so that they are sent under the correct conditions to support all business requirements
  • Assist with implementing all the appropriate default values and filters for each new user type during implementation (e.g., dashboard widgets with KPIs, grid views, etc.)
  • Build and preconfigure reports for various user groups in the UI
  • Assist with importing client data into the system from defined data collection templates, and transforming client data into proper templates needed for importing
  • Familiarity with Monday or other similar project management systems
  • Experience with Zendesk or other similar ticketing systems
  • Track time accurately for all tasks performed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with performing configurations for complex, highly customizable enterprise applications, or a SaaS multi-tenant platform, such as Salesforce
  • BA/BS in computer science or a related field
  • Understand programming concepts and logic in order to be able to build complex workflows with multiple conditions

Bonus Points:

  • Proficiency with SQL with the ability to perform more advanced configurations in the database, as well as experience with editing and writing JSON objects stored in the database
  • Knowledge of speaker bureau programs and other types of educational and marketing events performed by Life Science and pharmaceutical companies to promote their products

Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience of complex applications

Responsibilities
